Lead Time: Following placement of your order you will receive an order confirmation. Please allow approximately 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to prepare your order for shipment. This is an estimated 5 - 7 business days for processing and 5 - 7 business days for shipping. Products are handmade fresh per order in batch numbers. That is an estimated 5 - 7 days of processing and 5 to 7 days for shipping. It is very important to make sure that your mailing address as well as your email address are correct. Incorrect addresses will put a delay on your order. If your order has already been prepared for shipment and you need an address change; this will cause another delay because the shipment will have to be canceled and Allie’s Natural Hair Community will have to wait for USPS to refund the shipping fee. Our products are crafted using the very finest natural and certified organic ingredients.
Shipping: We ship within the USA as well as Internationally. Please allow an additional 5 - 10 business days for international orders because sometimes a package can be held up by customs for a period of 30 plus days.A shipping confirmation is provided by USPS. Please note it may take 24 hours for your tracking number to return any information. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder and/or adjust your e-mail filter settings. Neither the USPS Priority Mail nor Flat Rate Mail shortens our order processing time, it only shortens delivery time. Meaning the processing time and shipping time frames are separate. Lead time during sales and holidays is an additional to 1-5 weeks due to an increase in volume during those times.If you have not received your package after the 14th business day of placing your order and there is no information per USPS that your package was delivered, Allie’s Natural Hair Community will refund your money for that particular purchase.Allie’s Natural Hair Community is not responsible for the condition of the product while it is in the hands of a 3rd party carrier. Please note that some products may melt in extreme temperatures. Allie’s Natural Hair Community is NOT responsible for missing packages if the confirmation number confirms that your package was delivered. If you have had packages to become misplaced or missing, please consider purchasing signature confirmation and/or insurance.
Return Policy: Because these are freshly hand-crafted products, unfortunately we can *NOT" accept refunds and / or exchanges for orders that have been processed, shipped, opened or used.Please double check your mailing address and email address before submitting your order. An incorrect address will mean a delay in your order until the correct information has been received. Allie’s Natural Hair Community will contact you up to 3 times to obtain the proper information. After the 3rd unsuccessful try your money will be refunded.
